Upon arrival at Kathmandu, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. You’ll have the rest of the day to relax and prepare for the upcoming pilgrimage tour.

After breakfast, you’ll visit the famous Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most significant Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated on the banks of the Bagmati River, this temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, you’ll proceed to Budhanilkantha Temple, which is renowned for its colossal statue of Lord Vishnu reclining on a serpent.

Chandragiri Cable Car: Located on the outskirts of Kathmandu, the Chandragiri Cable Car offers a scenic ride up to Chandragiri Hill. The cable car ride provides stunning panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley and the surrounding Himalayan peaks. At the hilltop, visitors can explore the Chandragiri Bhaleshwor Temple, enjoy the breathtaking views, and engage in activities like hiking, picnicking, or simply relishing the tranquility of the natural surroundings.

One of the highlights of Swayambhunath is the presence of a large population of monkeys, which gives the temple its popular nickname. Visitors can climb the stairs to reach the main stupa, spin prayer wheels, enjoy panoramic views of Kathmandu city, and observe the religious rituals and practices carried out by devotees.

After breakfast, you’ll begin your drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. The journey takes around 3 to 4 hours and offers scenic views of the countryside, lush hills, and rivers along the way. Enroute, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the Manakamana Temple.

Manakamana Temple is situated in the Gorkha district of Nepal, and it is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Bhagwati. To reach the temple, you’ll take a cable car ride from Kurintar. The temple is perched on a hilltop, and it is believed that visiting this temple fulfills the wishes of devotees. After seeking blessings and spending some time at the temple, you’ll continue your drive to Pokhara.

Early in the morning, you’ll take a scenic flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, which offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. From Jomsom, you’ll drive to Muktinath Temple, a revered pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. Muktinath is home to a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is believed to grant salvation to devotees. After the visit, you’ll return to Jomsom for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you’ll take a flight from Jomsom back to Pokhara, enjoying the magnificent mountain views once again.

Once you arrive in Pokhara, a picturesque city known for its stunning natural beauty, you’ll embark on a sightseeing tour. The tour includes visits to popular attractions such as Phewa Lake, the second-largest lake in Nepal, where you can enjoy boating and the serene surroundings. Devi’s Fall, also known as Patale Chango, is another famous landmark in Pokhara where the water from the Seti River cascades into an underground gorge. You’ll also visit Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, a sacred cave with a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Another highlight of the sightseeing tour is the visit to the World Peace Pagoda, a Buddhist stupa situated atop a hill. The pagoda offers panoramic views of Pokhara city, the Annapurna mountain range, and the surrounding landscapes. It is a place of tranquility and spirituality.

After the sightseeing tour, you’ll check-in at a hotel in Pokhara and spend the night there, rejuvenating for the next day’s adventures.

After breakfast you’ll drive back to Kathmandu, a journey of approximately 7 to 8 hours. You’ll reach Kathmandu in the evening and spend the night at your hotel.

On this day, you’ll visit the Dakshinkali Temple, located approximately 22 kilometers south of Kathmandu. This temple is dedicated to the fierce goddess Kali and is renowned for its animal sacrifices, particularly during the festival of Dashain. The temple is situated amidst a serene forested area and offers a unique spiritual experience. After the visit, you’ll return to your hotel in Kathmandu.
